UCAS Pack

Terms

These terms cover the UCAS Pack website and the paid tools on it.

What this service is

UCAS Pack is software that helps you organise a UCAS application: a course shortlist you type yourself, a structure for the three UCAS personal statement questions, checks on what you wrote, and a tracker for offers and deadlines you enter.

It does not write your personal statement, choose a university for you, or send an application, a statement, or a message to UCAS, a university, a parent, or anyone else.

Prices

Prices are in GBP. A price marked Proposed is not an offer for sale. The button for that price says Coming soon and checkout will not open.

When a price is approved, payment is a one-off charge taken by Stripe. There is no free tier and no trial.

Accounts and age

You need an account to pay and to use the pack. We ask for an email, a password, and your date of birth.

If you are under 13, a parent or guardian needs to create the account. If you are under 16, the account must include a parent or guardian email that is different from the account email. We store that address. We do not email it automatically.

There is no public profile.

UCAS Pack Plus

Plus is the software pack plus one written human review, and only when a person can do that review. Queueing a review does not send your statement anywhere. A Pack only account cannot open the review queue.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you submit to UCAS. Course rankings use only the courses, subjects, grades, and places you type. They are not official entry requirements and they are not a prediction of offers.

Contact: use the email address on your Stripe receipt. A support address has not been published on this page.
